Halcifer's Mage Warehouse

One of the longest calculations in the game is casting spells. It can also be, however, one of the most exciting parts of the game. Don't get so wrapped up in the game that you forget it is just a game! Have fun with it. It works best if one of the characters you travel with has a humorous nature. It can be anyone, so long as it isn't a stretch for their character. Be sure to look at the end of the page for examples of this from my own quests.

Orb of Augmentation
One of the things the characters in my quest love to do is to mix spheres of magic and sorcery to come up with new and interesting spells. To make the game more fun for them I created the Orb of Augmentation. It holds one sphere of magic or mystacism. The only catch is that you must find someone who is fluent in that area to touch the orb. Example: If you come across a mage who has electromancy and nobody has it you get the mage to touch the orb and the orb then becomes charged with electromancy. It doesn't add to the mage's mana pool just gives them an extra sphere to pull from. (Since it is a glass orb, if they rely on it too heavily it could easily "break" in a battle.)

Mana Potion
This potion is rare and when a player drinks this, his/her mana point recover fully. This potion is recagnizable by it's bubbly purple appearance. I do not recommend using this potion often, however, because it tends to make the game a little too easy for the hero.
